Video:first Dynamic Suspension
My friend Dunter from Montreal showed me a very fun dynamic suspension that lets the woman in ropes play around and move. I have really liked it every time he has done it (He used it to hang O off the Wall St bull).
Last Friday at a class I got a chance to try it for first time with a cute girl who was visiting from PA. She had so much fun the first time, we did it again Saturday night at a party.
